Entry Requirement

  • A qualification equivalent to a New Zealand university bachelor degree with a minimum overall grade comparable to a B grade at UC and in a relevant subject area,OR

Applicants must normally have completed one of the following:

  • Bachelor of Engineering with Honours with first or second class honours
  • Bachelor of Science with Honours with first or second class honours, in relevant subjects
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Engineering with a GPA of 5

  • Applicants must outline the goals they would like to achieve through their intended program of study and also include how this will help you after graduation (300 words) (required only for Master of Engineering (Mechanical) and Master of Human Interface technology)

CV:

  • Submit CV (required only for Master of Engineering (Mechanical) and Master of Human Interface technology)

Additional documents required

  • Degree certificates and academic transcripts (i.e. mark-sheets) of all university qualifications, including progress results for any incomplete qualifications
  • Evidence of English language proficiency
  • Research topic or area of interest (if applicable)
  • A copy of the personal details pages from passport or Birth Certificate
