Prepare documents for application

  • LOR:
    • Submitting letter of recommendation is optional
    • Applicants may provide one or two letters of recommendation from former teachers or employers, if any
  • CV:
    • CV is required outlining the applicant's educational and professional history up till the present date, as well as basic personal facts
    • It should provide information about their academic background as well as relevant work experience, computer literacy, language skills and possible publications
    • It should also list important academic and personal achievements, your degrees, awards, special knowledge and active membership in different organizations
    • In addition, CV should also contain contact information to the applicant's references, where one preferably should be an academic contact, and the other with good knowledge of your person from your working life or an organization

  • Cover sheet
  • Diplomas from previous university studies or Certificate of ongoing studies (for students in their final year of bachelor's studies)
  • Proof of ELP scores
  • Relevant pages of passport (or other valid ID)
  • Project Portfolio (only for Architecture and Urban Design, Design for Sustainable Development and Industrial Design Engineering)
  • Optional documents-
    • Letter of motivation is optional, not exceeding 1 page
      • State the reason of choosing specific Master’s programme, and also teh reason for choosing the Chalmers University
      • Explain the connection between the current study and the choice of program at chalmers
      • How does applicant's interests and skills will contribute to their personality as master's student
      • Upon completion, what are the hopes for future career and society where they will practice your profession
      • He/she may also outline a thesis proposal based on your interests
    • Certificates of relevant work exp. or other professional certificates, if any 
    • Certificate of CGPA
