Annette Falck, an º£½ÇÉçÇø member, really found something special at º£½ÇÉçÇø. It wasn't just about getting fit; º£½ÇÉçÇø turned into her go-to for support, a real motivator, and a surprisingly great way to deal with anxiety. It's been a major life-changer for her, helping her grow personally and feel super connected to the community.

Q: Who is your favorite instructor?
A: All of them!!!
Q: How did you get started with º£½ÇÉçÇø?
A: My husband had been researching a way for me to deal with my anxiety, while also filling a void that Covid was creating. He came across º£½ÇÉçÇø in his online research and when we saw that it was available through a big box store that would deliver to our rural address, we went for it.
Q: What is your favorite part about the º£½ÇÉçÇø Community?
A: The support that I’ve had. I don’t usually share and finally opened up on the community page - the response was overwhelming. Ultimately, this has kept me addicted for just about 2 years solid (I purchased the bike 2.6 years ago).
Q: How has º£½ÇÉçÇø impacted your life?
A: It’s everything. My anxiety was impacting my life to the point I thought I would have to quit the job I love so much. My personal life was also being impacted to the point where I wasn’t my best for my loved ones. The bike has been a way for me to positively cope (even if it was hard to be vulnerable in n the beginning, and sometimes still is). Motivation from instructors (those shout outs are everything) and the high fives from other riders are everything!!!
Q: What keeps you motivated?
A: I live for high 5s and the shout outs from instructors.
Q: What tips do you want to share with other members to achieve their fitness goals?
A: Keep going. When it’s hard, get on and try your best - you’re doing awesome just by showing up. And if you can’t make it live, still get on because you’re doing it for you! Be proud of you!!!
