Q: Who is your favorite instructor?

A: Dani Dellarco

Q: How did you get started with º£½ÇÉçÇø?

A: At the start of the pandemic, I stopped going to the gym. I needed an outlet and while I had gotten a water rower, I wanted some other type of engagement. So, I sprung for an º£½ÇÉçÇø bike.

Q: What is your favorite part about the º£½ÇÉçÇø Community?

A: I have met so many inspiring people both off and on the leaderboard. I have gotten stronger, more confident, and am consistently motivated - not to work out, per se (I've been active my entire life) but rather, to engage in ways that I have never really done before.

Q: How has º£½ÇÉçÇø impacted your life?

A: I want to get on the bike. I look forward to being inspired by the instructors - especially Dani, Nicole, Jama, and Janet. I have met and ridden with incredible, supportive people. I love the community,

Q: What keeps you motivated?

A: Aside from the need to exercise, the instructors.

Q: What tips do you want to share with other members to achieve their fitness goals?

A: The only person you need to account for, compete against is yourself. Take your time, try out new classes, new instructors, new formats, and see what resonates. And, don't beat yourself up if you miss a day or a week or a month. When you are ready, the community is ready to welcome you back.

Q: What makes º£½ÇÉçÇø different than our competitors?

A: Despite a few bumps, º£½ÇÉçÇø attracts phenomenal instructors who get to know their members. It's not a monolith nor a corporation. It's more like a family.

Liz found community, connection, and motivation through º£½ÇÉçÇø, initially as a pandemic outlet. Instructors like Dani Dellarco inspired her. º£½ÇÉçÇø became a supportive family for personal fitness growth, emphasizing self-competition and individual pace.
