Seeking an outlet for her "angsty lawyer" energy, she connected with instructors like Nicole Griffin and Jama Oliver. Q: Who is your favorite instructor?
A: Dani Dellarco & Ryn Tucker
Q: How did you get started with º£½ÇÉçÇø?
A: In November of 2020, I was a burnt-out public defender trying to navigate being a lawyer in criminal courts in the height of domestic violence, etc, because of the shutdown. I was both exhausted and unfulfilled, and had nowhere to channel my angst before and after the seemingly endless workdays. I was an Angsty Lawyer in need of a positive community. The second I got my bike I logged on to Nicole Griffin’s class where I felt flooded with positivity and support. The next day I did a Jama Oliver class in which she gave me a shoutout and totally empathized with and matched my angst. Throughout the years there have been so many instructors that have both inspired me (Dani Dellarco and Sam Jackson making me LOVE to run with their well-thought-out classes and down-to-earth personalities. Then I got the rower and enjoyed dad jokes with Ryn Tucker. The history goes on and on.
Q: What is your favorite part about the º£½ÇÉçÇø Community?
A: The º£½ÇÉçÇø instructors and members have made my life so much better in every way. These people truly care about each other and me and are so accessible and easy to talk to. The fact that other members and instructors reach out and take out suggestions into consideration is something I never thought I’d get from virtual classes. I cannot say enough about how wonderful everyone is and how they’ve enriched my life (we even have our own book club!).
Q: How has º£½ÇÉçÇø impacted your life?
A: It has completely changed my life for the better. I am strong. I am healthy. I am supported by and can relate to each and every instructor. It is my outlet to get all my angst and frustration from my stressful job out. It has been my happy place to go to time and time again.
Q: What keeps you motivated?
A: The instructors and friends on the leaderboard! I get FOMO if I am unable to be live and part of the conversation as we are all getting stronger together.
Q: What tips do you want to share with other members to achieve their fitness goals?
A: Lock arms with a few people you see on the leaderboard that take the same classes as you. Reach out to and instructor and tell them you’ll be in their live class the next day!

A: Down to earth instructors who actually care about us! Unique classes!
