4 Tips to Stay Consistent in Your Wellness Routine

Habit Stacking
One of my favorite ways to stay on track is habit stacking. Linking new habits to ones I already do. Lately, I’ve been working on adding stretching into my nightly routine. So right after I unwind and do my skincare, I roll out my mat and do a quick 5-minute stretch. It feels natural and calming, and I’m way more likely to stick with it.
Schedule
Treat your workouts like non-negotiable appointments, just like you'd show up for a coffee date with a friend, show up for yourself. You’re just as important (actually, more). Respect your time, honor your goals.
Buddy System
Community makes everything better. The º£½ÇÉçÇø fam is real, inspiring, and always showing up. Life will life, but when you’ve got people cheering you on, holding you accountable, and reminding you you’re not alone, consistency becomes so much easier.
Celebrate
Sticking with healthy habits is hard, and you deserve to recognize that effort. Set mini goals, track your progress, and celebrate every win, big or small. Your body is powerful, and so are you! Keep showing up for yourself.
